As part of its continued commitment to sustain the growth, stability, and operational viability of the Freeport, the Authority recently undertook the refurbishment and expansion of the Labor Center and reorientation of other AFAB offices.
The renovations intend to provide an improved servicescape and facility layout for a more efficient operation and client service. It is envisioned that the new Labor Center would be a “one-stop-shop”, a centralized service area where all labor-related matters are addressed and processed for convenience of FAB employers and employees.

We aim to enable clients with a single access point to information and service transactions regarding all labor-related concerns.
The new Labor Center would house a satellite NBI Clearance office to give clients from Mariveles the accessibility and ease of acquiring an NBI clearance.
Other the features of the center would include: a designated Mediation Room, Conference Room, Lounge, Labor Office, Industrial Health and Safety Office, and an Inspection and Disputes Office.
