    4.  Location Vicinity Map
    5.  Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA), for applicants with authorized representative in processing the application
    6.  Local Government Unit Ordinance/Resolution of Concurrence
    7.  Proof of invitation to Utility Service Providers to participate in the Public Consultation
    8.  Verified Survey Returns and Separate Narrative Technical Description of the proposed FEA from an AFAB-accredited licensed geodetic engineer
    9.  Department of Agrarian Reform Conversion Clearance or Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Zoning Certification or City/Municipal Zoning Certificate, whichever is applicable
    10.  Water Use Plan
    11.  Joint Venture Agreement / Contract with Developer, if applicable
    12.  Site Development Plan and Subdivision Plan
    13. SEC or DTI Certificate of Registration, for applicants whose property is owned by a company
    14.  Board Resolution of authorized signatories, for applicants whose property is owned by a company
    15.  Two (2) Valid Government-issued Identification Cards (ID Cards) of the land owner, for individual applicants
