

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) attended the Port Technology Summit North America – Uniting North American Ports and Terminals held from 4-6 February 2025 at Hilton The Main in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. The delegation was led by Michael Angelo G. Paderanga, Deputy Administrator for Operations, along with Lawrence Leo K. Palaez, Department Manager A, FAB Enterprise Department, Francis Anthony B. Emata, Division Manager A, Enterprise Assistance Division, Joselito G. Lobrin III, Port Operations Technical Officer, and Maria Loretta R. Quicho, Head Executive Assistant, Office of the Administrator. This event provided AFAB with a unique opportunity to engage with global leaders in port technology and innovation.
