Rightful Landowner in the Province of Bataan
An individual or corporation who rightfully own a land in the province of Bataan, subject to minimum area/size requirements set by the Authority; or
Duly Authorized Entity by a Rightful Landowner
An individual or corporation who is duly authorized by a rightful landowner to utilize the property for the purposes of application with the FAB.
Conditions for Declaration
There are only two approving authorities needed for the declaration of a FEA:
- Approval of the AFAB Board of Directors
- Concurrence of the Affected Local Government Unit (LGU)
