Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Administrator Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman leads the ocular visit around the Freeport, on Monday, 10 July 2023.

The Freeport Area of Bataan’s (FAB) attractiveness to potential investors, strategically leveraged by the management of Administrator Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman, is now put in the forefront of his efforts.

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Management Team went for an ocular visit around the Freeport to look for possible areas of development for commercial purposes.

On top of the current 95 operational enterprises registered in the Freeport ranging from micro, small and medium, to large enterprises, the AFAB looks into tapping emerging industries that will bring advancement to the Freeport, such as global technology businesses.

The Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) is a 1,742.48 hectare special economic zone in Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines, strategically located and accessible by land, sea, and air. Moreover, given the ongoing development of the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge that will connect the Province of Bataan to South Luzon, the boost of economic activity in the FAB and in the province is certain.

AFAB Administrator Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman visited Rouvia Road Yacht Design and Construction Corporation (RRYD), a FAB-registered enterprise, to gain firsthand insights into the operations of this world-renowned yacht designer and maker within the Freeport.

This visit perfectly aligns with Administrator Pangandaman’s proactive approach to business development within the FAB, as well as his grassroots approach to understanding the intricacies of each company’s operations, challenges, and potential for growth.
