The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) continues to guarantee ease of doing business and continued support to its investors as well as the foreign workforce of the FAB.

Relatedly, the AFAB, through its Community Services Department (CSD) has successfully endorsed and processed the FAB Investor’s Visa application of Mr. Emile Anthony Allen, a citizen of United States of America with a committed investment of at least US$75,000.00 through the iWave Advanced Research Group, Inc. (iWave).

iWave is a FAB Registered Enterprise engaged in the business of providing a global trading exchange platform, which offers and utilizes financial technology (FINTECH) products and services as well as other related information technology services.

The AFAB also maintains regular coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at Bureau of Immigration (BI) on the implementation of various rules and procedures governing foreign nationals working in the Philippines.
