
The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan held its 10th Annual Stakeholders’ Night in the evening of April 26 to give recognition and extend its appreciation to all its stakeholders who have been part of the impressive growth of the zone through the years.
AFAB Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda and AFAB Deputy Administrator for Support Services Malou L. Herrera awarded the plaques along with AFAB Department Managers Donia G. Alonzo for Community Services, Atty. Efren Joe Millora II for Administrative Services, AFAB Marketing Chief Kelvin Rae G. Rodriguez, and AFAB Senior Public Relations Officer Aileen P. Pizarro. The evening was graced by the presence of the Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Hubert Guevara, Vice Mayor Lito Rubia, and Mariveles Town Councilors.

The Authority handed a total of 56 FAB Awards conferred once again to the enterprises from various categories – the FAB Top Exporter, FAB Top Employer, and FAB Top Community Building Champion Awards; the Industrial Peace Champion, Community Hero, FAB Loyalty, Outstanding Job Performance, and Leadership Awards were given to outstanding individuals who have shown passion and dedication to their crafts; the Best HR Practices Award and Excellence in Workplace Safety Awards were given to dedicated teams within enterprises who have achieved great heights for the past year; the FABnership Awards were given to non-FAB enterprise partners with valuable and fruitful partnerships with AFAB; the Overall Best FAB Enterprise of the Year Awards are given to enterprises with exemplary performance on multiple fronts, and this year’s special award – Consistency of Workplace Safety and Excellence Award.
In the tenth year of said celebration, the Authority once again put the spotlight on each outstanding enterprise and individual for the excellence shown in the past year. Through this event, the Authority demonstrated its deep appreciation for all the hard work rendered within the FAB Community and its people – the lifeline of the Freeport.
