With the aim of extending their reach among the public, AFAB, in partnership with the LTO Region III, made the following services available during the operation:
1) Issuance of Student Permits for individuals 17 years old and above;
2) Renewal of Registration of Motor Vehicles with Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC);
3) Provision of Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) or insurance;
4) Availability of an Emission Testing Facility that confers Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC);

The overall success rate of the operation was very satisfactory despite a few technical difficulties with the data connection from the LTO mobile unit to the central database that caused delay in the first two days of the operation. Nonetheless, based on the LTO records, the operation was able to successfully process one-hundred seven (107) transactions.

The LTO E-Patrol Operations aim to bring their services closer to as many clients as possible for their comfort and convenience as well as to reduce illegal transactions with unauthorized individuals or 'fixers'. Simultaneous operations off-site operations shall be continuously conducted in various areas for more accessible public service.

The AFAB and LTO Region III plan to hold the operation monthly to able to extend their services to all FAB employees as well as the residents of Mariveles, Bataan.
