AFAB Conducts 2nd Quarterly Meeting of Human Resource / Personnel Managers
The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) conducted the 2nd quarterly meeting of the Human Resource / Personnel Managers of FAB Registered Enterprises last 16 May 2018 held at the Bataan Convention Center, Hilltop Street, Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB).
Spearheaded by the Labor Center of the Community Services Department (CSD), the meeting is part of the regular series of meetings called upon by the Labor Center to inform the locators on updates regarding personnel and labor related concerns, as well as to address inquiries from the HR personnel of the enterprises.
Among the topics discussed by the Labor Center in the meeting were FAB ID requests observations and issues, Company regularization plan as per Executive Order 51, and prayer hour for Muslim employees. In addition, the Corporate Affairs Department gave updates about the upcoming FAB Stakeholders' Night.
The Municipal Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC) of Mariveles also presented their proposed activities and practices. The Oriental Hotel – Bataan, MH Lab, AsianLife, Easy Access Inc., and HITTS also presented various service prepositions.
The seminar was attended by a total of 74 participants, 45 of which are representatives from 38 different FAB Registered Enterprises. The quarterly meetings are part of the regular efforts of the AFAB Labor Center to keep in touch with the FAB Registered Enterprises regarding all labor related matters.
