The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) once again binds partnership with the Mariveles Local Government Unit in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held on 30 January 2023 at the Mariveles Municipal Hall.
The agreement sets forth the constitution of the Mariveles-AFAB Partnership Steering Committee (MAPSC), which aims to flourish the agencies’ relationship and maintain an open dialogue in order to mutually support and assist each other in ensuring the economic and social development within Mariveles and the FAB.
The MAPSC shall serves as the primary forum for efficiently addressing community concerns such as employment, economy, tourism, peace and security, social welfare, gender and development, among others.
