AFAB, Bataan Provincial Government Visits Japan; More Job Opportunities Opened

MARIVELES, Bataan – Answering the invitation of MinebeaMitsumi Inc. of Japan, Chairman Emmanuel D. Pineda, together with Governor Albert S. Garcia and Provincial Information Head, Geoffrey Loyola, went on an official trip from August 28 to 30 to visit the said company’s headquarters in Tokyo and their plant in Karuizawa.

During the said trip, MinebeaMitsumi Philippines, Inc., one of the leading locators at the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB), announced its intent to hire 300 employees a week from September to October of this year.

“Mitsumi has always been a big partner of the Authority and one of the key advocates of the FAB. Its expansion or merging with Minebea is nothing short of the successes of the Agency and its prime agents, and of course, the workers,” AFAB Chairman and Administrator Pineda stated.

Indeed, the AFAB Labor Center is urgently preparing for the onset of eager applicants to work with the company.

“We are going to make it easy for all the applicants to work with the company, and also as directed by Mitsumi,” Ms. Jobeth Otos, head of AFAB Labor Center said.

True enough, all High School Graduates 18 years of age and older are qualified to apply for Mitsumi through the AFAB Labor Center. Applicants need only to bring their resumes, a valid Barangay Clearance, and a Police Clearance to be eligible for an interview. Other pertinent documents will be requested once hired
