CHINA – Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Administrator Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman virtually delivered his message during the 2023 First China-ASEAN Two Countries, Twin Parks Cooperation (TCTPC) Roundtable held last 17 September 2023.
The activity has brought leaders together, including government officials of China, its notable businessmen, and representatives of countries with good economic relations with China such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
In his address, Administrator Pangandaman commended the organizers for effectively promoting dialogue and cooperation to boost the progress and development that the TCTP concept has brought to the ASEAN countries that have adopted it.

Recognizing that the era of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) proves to be beneficial to the countries involved, twinning cooperation economic zones will be vital hubs for realizing the full benefits of such a strategic economic and trading platform.
