Enhanced Automated Cargo Transshipment System (E-ACTS)

It is a computerized system for transshipment documentation that uses a Single Administrative Document. It facilitates faster processing because of less procedures and signatures, less red tape and corruption, and less fraud caused by forgery and multiple usage of permits. It is a fast, friendly and forward-looking system that reduces importation transshipment costs by an estimated 90%.

All registered FAB enterprises have the option of engaging the services of a world-class Enhanced Automated Cargo Transshipment System through e-Konek pursuant to the Customs Memorandum Order No. 28-2010 of the Bureau of Customs.
